T Bailey Fund Services strengthens board with appointment of independent NED
May 14, 2019

Independent full-service fund administration service provider T Bailey Fund Services (TBFS) has appointed experienced governance professional Anna Troup to its Board of Directors.

With more than 20 years' experience in the asset management sector, Troup is joining the Nottingham-based business as an independent Non-Executive Director (NED).

She previously headed Legal & General Investment Management's UK Bespoke Solutions. She also played an integral role at BlueBay AM, building the company's emerging markets business and launching new funds and products for different global markets.

Troup will work with the company's chairman to oversee assessment of value for each fund managed by the company. She'll also provide support, advice and an independent perspective to the executive team in the areas of governance, marketing, new business sales and relationship management.

TBFS says that Troup has significant experience in governance roles, is a Chartered Corporate Secretary (ACIS) and a member of ICSA. She's also a member of the Institute of Directors, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a qualified commercial mediator.

She works with institutions where reputation is key and most notably continues to be a Director of the Boat Race Company Limited, the second-largest sporting event in London.

As well as being a director of the Boat Race Company Limited, Anna is a keen sportswoman who competes in ultra marathons and continues to be involved with rowing as Chair of the Oxford University Women's Boat Club.
