More than 20 vendors have been evaluated – by prestigious financial institutions, many of which use a large number of vendors. ServiceMatrix analysis is based on 245 qualifying responses and 3600 individual service ratings.
Outperformer status is revealed in new gap analysis highlighting vendors' strengths and weaknesses. A chart for each vendor presents an overall picture across service categories, with drill-down to the service elements underlying each category. These pinpoint particular elements which require improvement. Reports for 15 categories have been released, with more to be added as the corresponding data comes in.
"We're delighted to release this first set of detailed Outperformer awards", says ServiceMatrix founder Andy Stephenson. "These reveal strong performance by many vendors, while gap analysis charts provide actionable data to help firms strive for operational excellence both in their own business and at vendors."
The results are available in the ServiceMatrix app and at servicematrix.net.
